Apartment in quiet backyard, in the middle of Grunerløkka

Peaceful nice accommodation with a very central location and late check-out time (at 3 pm). We are mainly looking for people over 23 years old, if you come to Oslo only to party, this is not the apartment for you. There is a sofa bed (150 cm wide) where it is possible to sleep one adult or two children if you are a family or three friends. Four adults are also possible. The apartment is located on the first floor in the inner courtyard. There are two backyards and the entrance to the apartment is in the innermost one. The space Approx. 10 minutes by tram from Oslo Central Station. There are many bars and restaurants within 100 meters from the apartment. There is a short walking distance to good dining places, various outdoor life activities, transport (tram) and not least the city's most well-known summer park, Sofienbergparken. The tram runs every 5 minutes and easily connects you to the rest of Oslo from the city centre. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor area as the residents. In the innermost courtyard there is a larger seating area that everyone can use. Other things to note The laundry room is in the basement of stairwell A.
