The space My house has the best of both worlds; its in a quiet cul de sac with free on street parking, but it's also in a conservation area a short, scenic walk into the city centre. Guests can walk in along the river bank or along Bootham. There are handy local shops at the top of my street. The space is light and airy with a brand new bed and bedding. It has a hanging rail and shelves for clothes. I have a nice front room with cable tv and a large, modern kitchen. There are two bathrooms with showers. The larger one has a beautiful roll top bath too. Guest access My guests can use the kitchen / dining room and the bathrooms, of course. I have a small front garden and cute walled back yard they are welcome to use too. During your stay I work from home mostly, and was a TEFL/business English instructor for years. Part of my job was to show visitors around york; so I'm fairly knowledgeable of the attractions and used to interacting with visitors.
