Enjoy your stay in this calm and cozy space. We have 2 clean and beautifully decorated bedrooms, living room, bathroom, laundry, and a new full kitchen! We have an excellent location 12 mins from the SLC Airport, right off the I-15 and have a wide variety of fast food and restaurants in a minutes drive! Other nearby attractions are Lagoon, Farmington Station, & SLC. There is a lovely dedicated walking/biking trail right behind the home to enjoy. Open to the possibility of longer term stays. The space We are always looking for ways to enhance our guests experience. We are happy to announce the NEW KITCHEN IS IN and ready for use! Come check it out! Guest access You will be able to access the full basement, backyard and driveway. The basement has its own entrance in the back. We have a deadbolt door between floors keeping your stay separate and private. Other things to note We have 6 hens and a rooster. Please take note that Poe, our rooster will crow off and on—more so in the mornings. They free range in our gated backyard space and are friendly. They may run up to greet you when you enter or leave. Ask us about their delicious colorful eggs, we love to share!
