Rental unit in Arcachon

This lovely duplex is located 250 m from the beach, on the main street of Arcachon, next to the town hall, all shops, (even Picard to have ice cream right next door!) and activities in the immediate vicinity, cinema near pedestrian area. Perfect for a family with two children or teenagers. You can participate in all summer activities without even using your car. If you wish, you can use the 24-hour secure parking 100 m from the apartment. The space the duplex is in excellent condition because it is very recent, air-conditioned, comfortable and extremely well located. You will no longer be able to use your vehicle and still have access to all activities, the beach, shops of all types and excursions on the Basin since the pier is 300 m away. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself, alone and happy vacationers... Other things to note the staircase being steep, I do not recommend the duplex to the elderly or families with very young children. This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
