We are centrally located in a historic neighborhood, a short walk from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, within 5 minutes drive of downtown and The Hot Springs Convention Center, The Hot Springs Country Club Golf Courses, and close proximity to Lake Hamilton. Guests can also enjoy the Hot Springs Greenway and Northwoods Trails, with trailheads only minutes away. We hope to provide the luxury of a hotel stay, with the ease of a home. COVID-19 SAFETY: We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe during this time by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. As a guest, you may access the driveway, the backyard, the courtyard, and all amenities included with the house. Including WiFi, coffee, laundry access, Netflix, and complimentary Mountain Valley water. We currently live overseas but have local contact in place and available for any needs that you may have. We don’t anticipate any hiccups, but should you need anything specific our local contact is available. I am also available through AirBNB messaging. Our home is located in the quiet and historic Trivista neighborhood. Located directly next to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming. It has easy access to both Central Avenue and Shady Grove Road. Very pedestrian friendly location. Our location has easy access to Uber drivers and is centrally located. Walking and biking are both easy and pleasant options of transportation. Fireplace and piano are non-working, purely aesthetic, and historic of the home and family. Our houseplants are regularly maintained, to avoid being overwatered, please do not give any drinks. :)
