Located in a suburb North of the River. Close to everything when you stay at this B&B. Only ten minutes to train station. Five minutes to shops and family friendly fitness and leisure centre. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed, and lounge with sleeper couch for children. Camping cot and high chair available. Fully and complete functioning kitchen, with cooktop, oven, wash up, washing machine. Clothes line outside and plenty of sun. Uncovered parking for 2 cars, one behind the other. The space This is like a very spacious granny flat. With it’s own entrance and parking. You will have your own courtyard approximate 20 squares with a french-cafe type table and chairs, barbeque and umbrella for sunny days. Guest access The courtyard with the barbeque is yours to use whenever you feel like it or have family or guests over. We have extra seating and a bigger table available if needed. Although the courtyard is private and we have friendly neighbours, we do ask that you respect that. Other things to note If you are travelling to and from overseas, please note that check out is 10am. Please keep that in mind when booking flights. The b&b is popular and we do need time to clean before next guest/s check in at 2pm the same day. If no guests are checking in you are welcome to check out later if you have a late flight, but please understand we only have a limited time to clean. Registration Details Exempt
