Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have outdoor cameras only facing front door and patio entrances. Gas Grill / Fire pit: Let us know if propane tank goes empty during your stay and you need to switch to the other tank. So we can refill for our next guests to enjoy too! We request guests to please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Hot tub use: Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver at the end of the listing description. Guests can use the entire house. Camano Island is located about 70 miles north of Seattle, no ferry ride needed to get to the island! The island offers a relaxed, rural atmosphere with several outdoor activities including hiking trails, zip lining and Cama beach historic state park. The local Elgar bay grocery store is only a short 5 mile drive from the property or head to Camano Island Marketplace to find coffee, pastries and pizza all located within 13 miles. Camano Island has something for everyone! The community is accessed via a steep hill. Ice/snow is infrequent in the winter, though please be advised it is possible and use caution while driving. Power outages may occur occasionally. We welcome local booking party age 25 and over and staying at the property. We like to talk with our potential guests before accepting reservations, to ensure our property will be a perfect accommodation and best answer questions. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot tub.
