Magnificent two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, fully renovated, located just a few steps (2-minute walk) from Seville Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcázar, our main monuments to visit. It is an absolutely unbeatable location to stay in the heart of Seville. The street where the apartment is located is very quiet, as cars hardly pass by and there are no shops, making it ideal for resting. WiFi and air conditioning included. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a double bed of 135x190cm and two full bathrooms with shower. In the bathrooms you will find a hairdryer, gel and shampoo and towels. The comfortable living room is an ideal space to relax, it has a double sofa bed (so the maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people), TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and kitchenware necessary for cooking. As well as small appliances: Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle... The apartment also has an iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning (hot and cold) in the bedrooms and living room, and Wi-Fi. We have a travel crib for families traveling with infants. We only have the padded base that comes with the crib, we don't have an extra mattress. The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator. There is no washing machine but there is a self-service laundry next door. Guest access Our house has recently been renovated, so it has all the advantages of a modern and well-equipped house. Attention has been paid to every last detail. During your stay, you have access to the entire house. You are going to enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to cook your favorite dishes. The kitchen is well stocked. You can use everything. The home is provided with the necessary linens and towels for guests. The house can be prepared to stay with children and even babies. The house has, among other things: - Heating and air conditioning (very useful for summer and winter) - Wi-Fi throughout the house, even in the patio -Smart TV - Full Kitchen -Light and natural ventilation - Hangers in the closets. - Check-in at any time (Low availability) - Help during the stay in the event of any incidents The service includes a change of bedding and towels and cleaning for stays longer than 3 nights at the guest's request, as well as reception and luggage storage services. Other things to note Access to the apartment will be available from 4:00 PM, although we will be happy to welcome our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the 11:00 check-out time may be extended at a possible additional cost as long as it is compatible with subsequent bookings.
