Guest access ☀️ Your private master suite (with a private side entrance) includes a private bathroom, workspace area, large closet, kitchenette, large sleeping area, and kids' bunk bed room with a chalkboard wall. ☀️ A desert-themed 🌵 private room with access to all the shared spaces, including the beautiful backyard patio with fenced-in yard, hot tub, and fire pit! 🌵 Everything within the master bed/bath area includes a kid's room with bunk beds, a chalkboard wall, and a walk-in closet! Right outside your patio door is a custom fireplace with provided firewood and a lighter. The fire pit 🔥 has a natural gas starter with directions (no need to fumble around starting a fire in the cold). Also, you will have access to a fully fenced-in turf yard and a 4-person hot tub 🛀 . There is an outdoor game shed full of yard activities and a dog 🐕 toy station to utilize. You will also have your own driveway parking space 🚗 . If requested, also access to the garage for outdoor gear storage. ☀️ This listing has access to the ENTIRE property, including the shared spaces, which include: a full kitchen, laundry room, living room with fireplace, game room/library, dining area, and all exterior spaces. Other things to note ☀️ I've included numerous brochures of Albuquerque adventures to do with the whole family or romantic couple ideas. I also provide detailed hiking 🌵 maps and a field guide of the Sandia Mountains (please return after use). I always provide snacks and gift goodies for humans and man’s best friend. 🐶 Dogs can run around in a fully fenced-in backyard (turf) and cannot escape! There is an outdoor garbage can and dog poop bags on the fence to clean up after your loved one. ⭐️ I provide families with a high chair and a bedside baby bassinet sleeper. Also, there are family-friendly board games provided in the game room area off the kitchen. Kid's dinnerware is also provided in the main kitchen. ☀️ Cleaning supplies for your stay are also provided.
