Our apartment is located on Enseada Beach, 150 meters from one of the most famous beaches in Guarujá, behind the Casa Grande Hotel, so if you are looking for comfort, infrastructure, excitement and a wide variety of attractions, then know that you will find everything here. It is located in the central region of Guarujá between Praia das Pitangueiras and Praia do Éden (one of the most beautiful beaches in Guarujá). It is almost 6 km long, with fine sand and a clear sea with good waves. The space Our apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and space for two extra mattresses, in the living room there is a double bed and a retractable and reclining armchair, a television, two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, balcony. NO WIFI. The kitchen has cutlery, pots, dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator (please keep clean after use). I do not provide hygienic or personal products, guests will have to bring sheets, blankets, pillows etc... Please do not smoke in the apartment and turn off electronic devices and close windows and doors, remove the trash at check-out. Guest access Common areas of the Building. We recommend that you bring your own bath linens, bed linens, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and toilet paper, as personal items must be specific to each guest, due to restrictions and allergies. The Guest is entirely responsible for the property for the lease term, being responsible for the space and the key to the space. Please do not leave lights or air-conditioning on, do not smoke on the premises, dry yourself before sitting on the furniture. All guests will have their names at the Entrance Gate where they filled in some data to follow the Condominium rules at Check-in.
