Nicely updated and improved, the house is cozy, yet bright and open, boasting views from every room. Stella Maris offers that elusive opportunity to slow life down and relax. Breathe in the fresh Puget Sound air. Close your eyes and listen to the waves lapping and rippling over pebbles and clams. Open them again and watch the spiraling flight of seagulls hunting for breakfast, the playful antics of sea otters or perhaps, if you're lucky, even a bald eagle. Read that book you keep meaning to pick up, or choose one of ours. Guest access The entire house, patio, and beach are yours! Other things to note Please inquire about longer stays! While we have a 2 night minimum stay we HIGHLY recommend booking for three nights or more if your travel plans allow. Stella Maris truly is a special place and frequently we have guests request to extend their stay. While we love accommodating when it is possible often we have back to back bookings and cannot offer more time. Please note that we have an 8 person maximum. This is both because that is the number of people who can comfortably sleep at Stella Maris but also so that we can preserve the quiet nature of the area. We have included a $200/person/night additional charge option. This is for guests who REALLY want that extra guest but also as a penalty in the event there is an extra guest without previous permission. Both pull out beds (the futon in the master and couch in the living room) have full sized mattresses. Technically they can sleep 2 although this may not be ideal for larger people. 5/2020 We planted oyster seeds at approximately the -1 foot tidal height. You may view them but please do not distrub. Thank you! Yes! We do have neighbors. We ask our guests to be respectful of them and we request the same in return. This includes driving SLOWLY down our driveway.
