The house first construction dates early 1930's and belonged to Mr. Manuel da Rosa who was my Grandmother's neighbour and the Village only store owner. My Grandmother Rosa and his wife Rosa were friends, reason I hounor the property by calling it "Quintas das Rosas". Its unbeatable location offers just 5 minutes the best sandy beach of the island and it is only 30 minutes from the city of Funchal. The space Quinta das Rosas 3 has been renovated with one bedroom on suite, one kitchen and a living space with a sofabed. Amenities that family and friends can come and enjoy a peacefull and relaxing country side lifestyle taking into account modern features to make your staying more pleasant.
