While the porch surrounding the home and the outdoor fire pit are entirely private, there is also a covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and dining table that is a space shared by the tiny home on the opposite end of the grounds. Be Still tiny home offers private parking on the lake side of the grounds and is accessed by a private driveway from the main street in the community known as Water's Edge Way. Access to the tiny home is via digital keypad, the code for which automatically changes for each guest and the details for entry will be given on the day of check in and will remain valid until the check out time of 11am. As the hosts of this tiny home, we are physically based in Nashville, TN but are of course available for anything that our guests may need before or during their stay! Surrounding a beautiful and pristine lake are hundreds of tiny and site built homes each unique in their own right. Many are available as rentals such as this tiny home, although there are several homes in the neighborhood which are occupied full time by their owners who fell in love with everything that this unique community has to offer! There is even an official website for the community where you can find an array of information like where to access nearby hiking trails such as the Fiery Gizzard, the array of restaurants available on the mountain, entertainment like the Caverns music venue (only a 20min drive from the neighborhood), and so much more! The neighborhood and surrounding communities of Tracy City, Monteagle, and the Sewanee - the University of the South are best accessed by car for those looking to see it all during their time on the mountain. There is also ample opportunity for leisurely walks by the lake within the neighborhood grounds, as well as advanced hiking located just outside the front gates. Bicycles are also a great way to get around the neighborhood and kayaks are popular on the lake, both of which will soon be available to rent in the neighborhood!
