Moonlight Bay #3 is a spacious, 2 bed/2 bath ground floor apartment located on beautiful, tranquil Seaside Drive, just a 1-minute walk from the popular surf spot, Freights Bay. Enjoy a large, enclosed garden with mature trees, outdoor shower and plenty of room for your rental car, and surfboards. Enjoy access to pool and beach lounges at nearby hotel. My husband and I live on property along with our 4 dogs, Buster, Rose, Finn and Tilly. Moonlight Bay is a fully fenced and gated property. The space A large and spacious ground floor apartment with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious, comfortable lounge area with 55-inch smart TV and Netflix, fully equipped open plan kitchen, washer and dryer, with views of mature trees, and landscaped tropical gardens. Guests staying at Moonlight Bay can enjoy access to the swimming pool and beach lounges at our family-owned hotel, Coconut Court, located in Hastings, CH. CH. Our property Moonlight Bay is equipped with surveillance cameras and is completely fenced and gated with an outdoor shower, and plenty of secure onsite parking. This is a comfortable, and spacious open plan apartment located very close to the ocean. Guest access Keyless smart lock with code provided prior to arrival. Fingerprint access to front door lock provided after check-in if preferred. Directions from the Airport ~ We are located on the corner of Seaside Drive and Enterprise Coast Road, just after the Freights Bay Sea Window. Directly opposite the Cotton Bay Close condominium complex. There is a vintage red post box in the garden wall, on the corner of Seaside Drive. Moonlight Bay Apartments comprise of two large pink houses. There is a front gate with a long driveway. There are two large, mature trees in the front garden. The name of our homes “Moonlight Bay” and “River” are clearly marked on the entrance/garden walls next to the gates. We are happy to arrange for a trusted taxi driver ($) to meet you at the airport on arrival, please let us know. Other things to note My husband and I live onsite along with our 4 dogs (enclosed garden). Our daughter Kim is our guest services coordinator. Our apartment is designed for couples and/or families so if you are looking for a party/large group venue then we are not the place for you. ENERGY USAGE: All appliances, including ceiling fans, lights and air conditioning units must be switched off when leaving the apartment. Our pricing is based, in part, on the average use of utilities. Leaving the air conditioning unit on day and night, even when you are out, and/or bedroom doors left open while air conditioning is operating, is not normal usage. Air conditioning is for use while you are in the bedroom(s) only. Please turn on the air conditioning unit(s) ten minutes before bedtime to cool down the bedroom. This is all that is required. Air conditioning unit(s) that are left on indiscriminately will be switched off from the power supply. If bedroom windows and doors are left open, while the air conditioning units are working, they will overheat and break down and a technician will need to be called in to repair the unit at your expense. Please be respectful and comply with this simple request to reduce energy usage. CLEANING: Please note that weekly cleaning is not provided, and your apartment will be cleaned on departure only. Our housekeeper Sherry will be happy to provide the following additional services on request. Simple Service: kitchen, mop, change sheets and towels (US$50) or Full Service: all the above plus cleaning of bathrooms, the kitchen and guest laundry (US$75). Please note that your Host is not responsible for shrinkage, fastness of colors, zippers or for articles left in clothing. BEACH TOWELS: Not provided. HAIRDRYER: Available on request. IRON & IRONING BOARD: Available on request. QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet time from 10pm - 7am to ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment for your neighbours. No parties or events are permitted. No smoking or use of illegal substances and no pets are permitted. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, thank you. WATER: the water from the tap in Barbados is safe to drink and we place a jug of water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer for you on arrival. GROCERIES: If you require any grocery items to be placed in your apartment prior to arrival, then please let us know and we will pick them up for you, no problem.
