Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This little blue home is located just minutes from Nolin Lake. Nolin Dam is convenient to fishing and sightseeing. Nolin is just 10 minutes away. Jackson’s Orchard is 33 miles away. Gorgeous in the fall. When you decide to go touring-Dinosaur world, Mammoth Cave, Dutch Safari Zoo are all within 25-40 minutes away. Bowling Green is 45 min away and has Beech Bend, Corvette Museum, & Lost River Cave. The space This 800 square foot home is cozy and has everything you need. The living room and kitchen is open to each other. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook. The TVs stream Disney. Wifi is also available for laptops/iPads. There is a large deck to go out and relax on. There is a boat ramp within 10 miles of property:) The bedrooms have full size beds w/ the couch sleeping one person comfortably. Guest access You have access to the entire house Other things to note There will absolutely be no parties of any kind. Neighbors will report to me and you will be escorted off the property if a party is present, with no refund. Also, I have a strict cancellation policy. Airbnb offers trip insurance. I suggest purchasing this insurance as I will stand by my policy. I offer long term stays (stays over 28 days). A lease must be signed and a deposit will be put down. Contact me for questions. NO ANIMALS on property. If an unauthorized pet is suspected and proved on the property-this is means for immediate eviction. I live close and this will be monitored. If the housecleaner suspects an animal (proof an animal was on the property) a 200 fine will be ensued. Kentucky is humid during the summers especially this property (close proximity to Nolin Lake). There is a humidifier in the kitchen to help with humidity. *There is a Glade plug in on property* I mention this for those that do not like plug in.
