If you wish to check in before 11:00 AM, please reserve the previous night as well. Early check-in between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM may be possible depending on the preparation status of the house and could incur an additional fee. 2. Luggage Drop-off Luggage drop-off is available from 12:00 PM on your arrival day, even if the house is not yet ready. 3. Discounts Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied. Occasional last-minute offers may be provided at our discretion. Other discount requests are not accommodated in order to ensure fairness and maintain sustainable operations. 4. Airport Transfer Complimentary one-way airport pickup is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays, we can arrange reliable private van service: USD 72 one-way or USD 144 round trip. (from/to Incheon International Airport) 5. Mid-Stay Cleaning For stays of 14 nights or longer, one mid-stay cleaning is included. This service refreshes bathrooms and floors, removes dust, and empties trash to keep the house comfortable. 6. Occupancy & Events Urbanok accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Parties or events are not permitted to preserve the peace of Bukchon and respect our neighbors. 7. Child-Friendly Amenities Baby cribs and high chairs are available upon request. 8.
