São Sebastião Comfy Apartment (in the elevator)

Would you like to be based right in the heart of the city, in one of Lisbon's busiest avenues with the São Sebastião metro station 2 meters from the building entrance ? This 200 square meter charming apartment is 11 minutes by metro from downtown and 25 minutes from the airport. Here you can have easy and quick access to all parts of the city and at the same time many good restaurants and cafeterias nearby. No parties! No smoke! No visitors! No AC! READ: The space - 4 bedrooms - 2 Queen beds (160x200 / 63"x79") and 2 double beds (140x200 / 55"x79" ) - 2 bathrooms - 1 living room with 2 balconies - 1 dining room - 1 office for two - 1 sunroom - kitchen, - THIRD floor without elevator (In USA the european third floor means fourth floor). Carrying BIG suitcases up and down the stairs could be a nightmare for some guests. - Fiber internet connection with mesh Wifi TP-LINK DECO -1 room of the house is closed with our belongings (not in the pictures), - Vinyl flooring - NO AC Despite the bathrooms and kitchen that were renovated 10 years ago, this classic apartment was built in the 30s and retains almost all the original aspects (solid wood doors and shutters , stucco ceilings with decorative elements). The 3 first bedrooms (that you can see in the pictures) are not really luminous, their windows faces an inner courtyard. The apartment is NOT complety soundproofed such as newer buildings or luxury Hotels. TEMPERATURE: There is no AC or central heating. We provide heaters during the winter and fans during the summer. Please note that the thermal and acoustic comfort may not be comparable to that of hotels or newer buildings. We are not airbnb plus! DO NOT forget that this is a private unit in a residencial building from the 30s. In case of being a very demanding guest We recommend to book an Hotel where you can find a very modern building structure with daily cleaning services. If you prefer modern accommodations or find it difficult to adapt to older buildings that are around 100 years old, we recommend considering more recently built options. Other things to note Arrival time: our check in starts at 4pm. However it is possible to come after 11.30am to drop off your luggage. There is no option of early check ins and late check outs.
