Villa Adyashanti is literally a heaven of peace, tranquility and shockingly beautiful natural scapes, situated amidst the rice fields of Ubud. The space The entire villa is designed in a way that pays homage to the vital Balinese art and culture. It is strikingly beautiful in whichever way you look at it. This 3 bedrooms open- air villa comes with 3 bathrooms and a smaller rest room area by the pool. The house offers the benefit of beautiful large indoor and outdoor living areas for your family with a private garden. But, the main aspect of this entire residence is the kind of captivating views it opens up for our eyes such as those of the jungle that's seen from the wet edge pool. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Out of our control, our next door neighbour start building their new house may affect noise (9-5pm) depends on their job! Their renovation may finish by December this year. They may not even have any noise at certain time.. we can’t tell their exact plan. However, our villa is facing to the jungle river and has our own private territory and is beautiful as always! Going out during the day and come back later around 5pm will be the best choice to enjoy it. That said, you may continue your booking or stay with us using our 10% lower rate than normal. Your choice. #### There are not so many mosquitos at the villa. Like in Bali at dusk and dawn you just need to make sure the mosquito nets are down so there's 100% no mosquitos when you sleep. There are geckos and lizards around the villa. Bali is tropical and has reptiles, so is very common here. They are completely harmless and a normal part of life in Bali. That in Bali you only kill animals that are harming people or that are putting people in a great risk. This rental property is billed as a jungle house. We pride to keep our guest happy but don't want to go against our culture to kill a little lizard that is not harming anyone. During the day we rarely get mosquitoes, however at night they come in from about 5:30 - 7pm. During this time, we usually close up all the doors and put the fans on. We provide: Electric anti mosquito plugs in each bedroom, anti-mosquito lotions, and anti- mosquito racket for your use while you stay in the villa, and our staff do cleaning every day for your convenience. Kindly note: Breakfast is available on request with additional charge. Pre-book is required prior to arrival. ALL INCIDENTALS BILL paid upon check out (massage, beverages, transportation, breakfast etc) IMPORTANT: No noise after 10pm please!! No party, No pets allowed!
