Green Turfs Farmstay

Located around 15 kms from Madikeri, this small, rustic, secluded property surrounded by coffee plantation with a view of a small lake, offers guests complete privacy. Step out into the balcony that opens into the blue skies and pristine greenary. Things to do around: *Visit the Cauvery river 2 kms away. *Visit the coffee plantation *Take a walk around the paddy fields & watch the gorgeous sunset. Coffee picking experience between December and January The space This rustic cottage has 2 compact bedrooms with attach bath. Also has a small living area and a big balcony. There's a flight of stairs to reach to the cottage. It includes a small kitchen to heat food and cook some basic meals. The beds are king sized. The tariff indicated is only for the stay. We can provide home cooked food on request from our house. Bonfire can be arranged at an extra cost. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the plantation around. For guests arriving till 17th Oct- you will have to walk for half a km due to road work. Other things to note -The property is located inside a coffee plantation and hence might seem a lil secluded. My staff and in-laws (whenever free) would be happy to have a chit chat with you! -The road leading to the property for about a km is an estate road which is a little rocky (no tar). However, you can drive up to the property. -Smoking is allowed only in the balcony and outdoors. Strictly not allowed inside the house. -Prior notice is needed for food arrangements. - Please carry a valid ID proof. -Since the homestay is in between the coffee plantation, you might find some tiny insects around. -Also, for people who arrive without a vehicle, we can assist you with bike rentals or cabs. - We would be charging a cleaning fee of Rs. 300 if the kitchen is left very dirty.
