Very recent (2018) and comfortable house is located on a quiet street. The house is very well ventilated, its open terrace of 90 m2 including 20 m2 covered, fully fenced. You also have a 2.50 m awning. This house easily accommodates 4 guests thanks to these 2 large bedrooms - 2 beautiful bathrooms. 1 outdoor shower. A 10-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Pointe Marin. A 10-minute walk from the village of Sainte-Anne. where you have all the shops. The space Ground floor: 1 large living room with sofa and open equipped kitchen. There is also 1 TV. 1 large bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and large storage closet 1 beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the house is very well designed for aeration. 1 tiled garage in which you will find washing machine and board. Each room has a large picture window with its electric shutter electric shutter and mosquito nets overlooking the terrace. UPSTAIRS: 1 large bedroom with 180 x 200 bed with its dressing room and and its "dressing" corner. It is equipped with 1 television. The bedroom windows are also equipped with mosquito nets and a fan on the ceiling. 1 beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet are also upstairs. TERRACE: 2 tables and 8 chairs for eating meals. 1 large comfortable outdoor living room which is also on the covered terrace. 1 spacious private jacuzzi for 4 people on the terrace not terrace. 1 barbecue is also available to guests. Secure parking for your car in front of the garage behind the house. All linens are provided (sheets, tea towels, towels, beach towels). Guest access The whole house will be fully available to you as well as access to the terrace and the private jacuzzi placed on the terrace and also to the garage since there is an access door from inside the house. In the garage there will be a washing machine and ironing board at your disposal. The car will be parked behind the house, in front of the garage. The house is secure because it has an electric gate with a digicode and a remote control. The house was designed for us as well as for you. Our local correspondent will give you a warm welcome, give you the keys and remote control of the gate. He will also have prepared for you the local planter and some treats as a welcome gesture, all of which will be placed in the fridge at your disposal on the day of your arrival. All guests are therefore welcome in our house. Other things to note Our house is very nice and comfortable to stay in. It welcomes all guests wishing to discover the beautiful island of Martinique and more particularly the south where the most beautiful beaches and all the water activities offered are located. We hope that you will enjoy living in our house as much as we do. We inform you that you will be asked for a deposit of €600 on the day of your arrival, which you will give to our local correspondent. This amount will of course be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been found in the house, neither to the furniture nor to the linen provided nor to the jacuzzi and awning. The cleaning must be done before you leave the house and we thank you in advance. If, however, the house is not cleaned on the day of your departure with the linen stored in each bedroom and in each bathroom, you will be asked for €150 cleaning fee on the day of your departure by our local correspondent.
