Cosy one bedroom fisherman's cottage with garden.

Description

Just a few steps away from the sea, 12 James Street is a cosy fisherman's cottage, right in the heart of the historic village of Avoch. The enclosed garden is a wee private sun trap. A multifuel stove is at the heart of this home and keeps the whole place toasty, even on the coldest of nights. It is the perfect place to truly unwind. The space 12 James Street was built in the late 1800s then extended upwards in the early 1970's. It became my home in the summer of 2018. Since March, I have been living on the West coast, working for the season. There are some of the upsides of this being my main home: the kitchen equipment is quality and the Parker Knoll sofa is far more comfortable than your average AirBnB! Guest access You will have full access to all parts of the house and garden. Other things to note My main aim is that you feel relaxed and at home during your stay at the wee "bothy". I want you to leave with happy memories of Avoch, of the Black Isle and beyond. I'm a Highlander, so can hopefully help you to plan your perfect holiday here. If there is anything I can do to help, please do let me know.
