Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please not too loud. Other Fees and Fines: -Guest shall pay for any damage done to the premises beyond normal wear and tear. -Guest shall pay for any excessive cleaning due to abnormal use. -Guests shall pay for repairs and maintenance should the premises be left in a lesser condition. -Guest agrees Landlord shall deduct above fees and fines from the security deposit prior to refund, and may charge Guest’s credit card for costs above that amount.
