This cozy suite is perfect for two guests but can actually sleep a third person on the fold out futon. Enjoy a private patio perfect for taking in the amazing Florida weather. To top everything off we provide all of the essentials including all kitchen utensils, hygenic products, and linens! We even have high speed internet so you can work with no issues! Please note that we do not have a Washer/Dryer available at this apartment! The space As you step in you will be greated buy a small living room/ kitchen area perfect for prepping meals and lounging. The bedroom has its own private section on the other side of the bathroom with a dedicated work area and tv equipped with Netflix, Hulu and cable. Guest access Guests have access to two parking spaces on the right hand side of the driveway. You will have your own private entry way and patio. The unit is detached and private from the house.
