Welcome to our thoughtfully decorated, charming space - in our historic Prospect Lefferts Garden townhouse. Arguably located on the most beautiful street in the neighborhood - just a short stroll to Prospect Park and nearby attractions. Enjoy local bars and restaurants as well as the Brooklyn botanical gardens, world class art museum and zoo - or, hop on a train and be in Manhattan in just a few stops! We hope you'll enjoy your stay! The space Please note: the room is on the 1st floor of our townhouse - it is spacious and comfortable. We reside in the home and will be present for the duration of your stay. There is a casper queen bed, as well as a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen. Limestone painted brick, natural textures, collected art and antiques fill the space and are highlighted by loft style lighting. Guest have a dedicated en-suite bathroom with shower, a kitchenette stocked with basics; toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, mini fridge and kettle as well as laundry. There's also a picnic kit with rug, cooler, reusable plates/cups and a portable speaker for you to enjoy! Guest access The space can be accessed from the main entrance from the street, please note there are 2 forms of egress with a door at the back as well as the front. Other things to note We welcome and look forward to sharing our home with guests from all backgrounds, if there’s anything we can do to ensure you have a comfortable stay - please send us a message. This is a landmarked historical townhouse with original wood flooring, so you may hear footsteps and family noise when if we are on the floor above - most frequently between 7-9am and 6-9pm. STRICTLY NO SMOKING. For stays longer than 7 nights our cleaning lady may need to use the laundry, this is on the same floor as the guest room and can be arranged while guests are out to avoid any distributions.
