We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and all the amenities such as 1 Smart TV in the master bedroom and 1 Large Smart TV in the living room, all with Claro TV and free Netflix, balcony with a beautiful view, toilet, super Spanish shower with hot water, fully equipped American-style kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a large garage. The space The apartment is in Los Nogales, a quiet residential area. From here you can get to the airport in 10 minutes on foot and in less than 5 minutes by taxi and to the Plaza de Armas in 15 minutes by taxi. In the building's vicinity, you can find markets, restaurants, bank agents, etc. The apartment occupies the third level of the building. From the balcony you can see the green nature of the Andes, mountains, trees and a beautiful blue sky. The apartment is brand new and has top-notch finishes and furniture and a decor that combines modernity with some unique vintage touches. The large living/dining room has a 50" Smart TV that has a free Netflix account for your use, YouTube, Screen Share, to share your cell phone screen. The Wi-Fi is very fast and reaches all areas very well. Of the 3 bedrooms, one has a huge queen size bed, and the others have very comfortable double beds and full beds. The apartment has a full bathroom and a half bathroom (without a shower). The full bathroom has a Spanish shower and 1 hairdryer. It also has a 7-kilo washing machine and clotheslines to hang your clothes (rooftop). For the safety of your family or group, we have placed a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a small first aid kit in the apartment. We provide 1 set of keys, with the key to the apartment and the building. You are welcome to come and go at your convenience. Guest access In Cusco it is very cheap to travel by taxi, from the Plaza de Armas to the Apartment it only costs 7 to 8 soles. Your group will have space for 1 car in the garage of our building, free of charge.
