*WORLD CUP AVAILABLE* June 2026 This is a VERY Spacious Apartment in the heart of the East Village. Located on a very quiet and friendly street. I have lived here for 10 years and have created this Duplex into a House. Very high vaulted ceilings. This is located on the 1st floor so there are no stair you will need to walk up. Although it is located on the ground floor facing the street, it is a very quiet street and it is not loud. This is extremely big for the area and can easily accommodate The space Living Room has a large couch and Love Seat and Ottoman. Brand New 65" TV with Cable and Wifi. Large dining room table for dinner with 4 chairs. Standing Bar for doing work on computer standing up or to have a drink. Small but efficient kitchen. Full Bathroom Upstairs. Downstairs you will have 2 large bedrooms. Queen mattress is also brand new and extremely comfortable. Plenty of storage to hang and fold your things. Plenty of sheets and blankets and towels. 2nd Bedroom I used as an office but there is a pull out couch and another 48" Television. I have slept on this as well as my family many times and it works. This room has a bathroom attached to it which is redone and a standing shower. All rooms have ceiling fans, all rooms have air purifiers. Although the 2nd bedroom may not have a window, the air flow is fine with the fan and purifier. The main bedroom does have a window. I have added many additions to this apartment over 10 years and have created a home. When you need to sleep you hear no noise. The floor downstairs was redone less than 1 year ago. My place is extremely clean and tidy and expect guests to keep it the same way. The building controls the heat when it goes below 59 Degrees it comes on automatically. So what I do is open the windows or turn the air on and it cools down quick, especially with the ceiling fans. If you would like to book for a shorter stay it will be a case by case basis, and not guaranteed but will be possibly considered. I am always more than open to speaking with guests beforehand. I have been a host for many years and love feedback and advice! I encourage it! Guest access the entire apartment and courtyard out back Other things to note I am being very selective with my reservation and guests because of how much I have invested into this home.
