Welcome to the 'UPPER WEST SIDE' apartment! Apartment Location: 220 Spencer St, Melbourne. Key-pickup shop: 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne (2 min walk). Check-In: Anytime after 3 pm. After 6 pm, we'll leave your key in a locker – just give us a heads-up in advance :) Parking is on us! Enjoy free ONSITE parking (2.1m height clearance) during your stay. Please note that the onsite carpark has a separate entrance point. Check the check-in instructions we sent on the app for details. The space offers: ✓Free ONSITE parking ✓5 mins WALK to free tram (access to DFO shopping mall, Crown Casino, Southbank river, Melbourne Central, State library etc). ✓10 mins WALK to Marvel stadium ✓Balcony with Oceanview with sunset/sunrise ✓Fully-equipped kitchen ✓Bedding arrangement: 2 beds + 1 large sofa bed (total is enough for 6 pax) ✓Key-pick up shop [BE MY GUEST] has luggage storage service for $10/bag from 9am to 6pm.  ✓ High Speed Internet ✓ Height limit of the onsite parking is 2.1 meter; it is displayed in the final photo in the listing for your reference. Other things to note 🔑 Keys: One key set per group. Lost keys are pricey ($380 replacement fee), and we’d love to save you the headache. However, need an extra? No problem, just let us know early :) 🛁 Towels: One fluffy towel per guest, freshly washed. Mother Earth will thank you for saving some laundry water. Want more? Just tell us in advance - we’re happy to help :) 🔑 Keys: Being locked out, if it's between 10-5pm, no fee charged. After 5pm, we would require $50 for runner fee. 📦 Lost & found: if an item is located after checkout, handling + postage starts from $50. 🚫 No parties, no pets (our hearts melt for puppies too, but this home has to stay pet and smoke-free for everyone’s comfort). 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking anywhere (inside or balcony) is not allowed.
