Built as a second story home, there is an eagle's eye view in all directions from two decks. Stars at night are close enough to count. Easy access from Rio Verde Drive, a major highway, and only a few blocks from this main paved road. It is one block from the Tonto National Forest with trails for hiking, biking, and horses! Two miles to the beautiful Verde River! 10 minutes from World class Golf courses at Trilogy, Tonto Verde, Rio Verde and even Cave Creek & North Scottsdale courses! It is a quiet and private elevated studio home yet it is still just 15 minutes to shopping in Fountain Hills or North Scottsdale, groceries, restaurants, services and more.
