We aim to provide you with a high standard experience in the "Bed and Breakfast" type of accommodation. The Superior Room is located in the Private Quiet East Wing. It has 32 Inch Wall mounted TV and full Sky TV. The continental breakfast includes: fruit, cereals, whole grain type breads, fruit juice, fresh coffee, yoghurt and a range of spreads. We also have an undercover outdoor patio area with a modern BBQ (Grill) for Guest use. We have a guest kitchenette with a microwave and fridge and guest lounge. We know how important it is to keep in touch with family and friends so we have Ultra Fast Broadband included. (100mb/s) The property backs on to a reserve and is up a right of way so is very quiet and private. Our Bed and Breakfast is ideal for individuals, couples or groups of friends who are after modern private accommodation without children. The Te Henui walkway is 100 meters away and there is a nature walk that will take you down to the New Plymouth beach front walkway. Guest access In keeping with a private quite environment we have limited cooking facilities. These include access to a microwave and an outdoor Grill/BBQ. There is also a kitchenette available which includes tea and coffee, fridge and utensils, cutlery and crockery, glassware for guest use. This is where the breakfast is served in the morning. Guests have a shared common lounge area and a shared outdoor patio area. During your stay We are present during our guest's stay, but we are happy to be as interactive (or non-interactive) as you like. We like to be hospitable but also respect the need for privacy.
