Your perfect stay awaits. The space This spacious 20’x10’ guest suite is the only bedroom located downstairs in the house, offering enhanced privacy and comfort. It features a Queen-size bed, a private walk-in shower and bathroom, and a dedicated mini washer and dryer for your exclusive use. The room comes fully equipped with a mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, large work desk, and a 65” mounted Smart TV with soundbar. A complimentary guest Netflix account is provided, with access to additional streaming services for your convenience. For added comfort, you’ll find a steamer, iron, ironing board, and plenty of closet space. All rooms are secured with smart locks or key locks and include Alexa Echo devices for easy control. Enjoy a productive stay with 1GB Fiber Optic Internet and a dedicated work area. Breathe easy with our clean air circulation with our Hunter Air purifier. The windows are fitted with privacy solar screens and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful experience. During their stay, guests will have exclusive access to the upstairs living area, which features a 65” smart TV, DVD player, Wii, PlayStation, Xbox gaming systems, treadmill, yoga mat, and 5 lb dumbbells. Guests also have full access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, the upstairs kitchenette, and a spacious patio deck equipped with jacuzzi, charcoal & gas grills, two fire pits, and two bicycles. The host maintains a private room on the property, which he occasionally occupies when in town. The downstairs kitchen, living room, and garage are reserved for the host’s exclusive use. During your stay I live on the property and enjoy connecting with my guests if they're interested. I also love to travel, so there may be times when I'm away. However, I'm always just a phone call away and available to assist whenever needed. Other things to note Important Note: As your host, I want to be transparent that, due to severe, documented medical reasons, I am unable to accommodate pets or service animals at this property.
