New kitchen is here! There are three guest rooms, each with a different listing. This is the largest and newest suite, double the size of the other rooms with a large office area. Everything is new… Real wood floors, queen size mattress, paint, plaster ceilings, ceiling fan, private bathroom! Read the house guidelines under policies and rules. Food is not allowed in the guestroom. The space The property is wooded, covered in trees. It's a long walk through the leaves and Pinestraw to the front door. This walkway is lighted at night until 9 PM. After that time the lights are off and the property is dark. My guests use their cell phone for a light after 10 pm. Guest access Guests have access to the living room dining room and kitchen. This room has a private bathroom. Also access to the backyard and back porch. There is a side porch but it's not accessible by guests as it is storing my stuff. During your stay I am available by phone and messaging. I will respond immediately. I work from 7 AM until 5 PM and I have lunch from noon until one. It's best to contact me after work or at lunchtime. Please do not call or message between 10 PM and 6 AM unless it is an emergency. Other things to note Please if you react negatively to the site of a bug or a spider please do not book. I use professional insecticide gel and keep the space as clean as possible to not attract them. The property is wooded and we have very cool Wolf Spiders that are large and scary looking, but they are gentle and eat other spiders. If you happen to see one, let me know, and I will capture it and take it outside. Occasionally a guest will see a Black Racer non-venomous harmless snake in the yard, not my favorite wildlife but they are part of this environment and the Red Shoulder Hawks hunt them. Hopefully you will hear the Barred Owls and maybe see a Pileated Woodpecker, Wild Turkeys, Sandhill cranes, and Black Bellied Whistling ducks.
