The space Large modern villa built in 2022, located in a quiet environment, 300 meters from the sandy beach of BILLOU. Spa, heated indoor pool, enclosed garden, everything is in place for an unforgettable stay with friends and family. Whether you're a fan of lazing around, hiking, or board sports, it's up to you! On the ground floor, you will find a large living space with a kitchen open to a large living room. The central island can accommodate up to 6 people. You can even see the pool from the kitchen! A master suite (160 x 200 bed) with en-suite bathroom, and a very large dressing room. Direct access to the terrace from the bedroom. The pool room, heated all year round, very pleasant when you get out of the water. Heated pool at 29 degrees. Upstairs: 2 master suites, one with an ensuite bathroom, both equipped with a dressing room (160 x 200 beds). A large "dormitory" room for children, with a capacity of 6 beds (90 x 200 beds). And finally a large bathroom. For maximum comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and linens and towels are also provided. Please note that all bedrooms come equipped with a TV. Outside: large terrace of 100 m2, facing south/southwest, equipped with deckchairs, a dining table, a WEBER barbecue, and garden furniture. An annex equipped with a washing machine and 2 dryers.
