NB: the small "Condrysienne" house is included in each rental, the total capacity is therefore 14 people This property, rented in its entirety for your comfort, is composed of: 1) a 170 m² villa (the "Villa Condry") with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people and with direct access to the pool, 2) an independent house (the "Condrysienne") of 40 m² with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people in total independence, 3) an old barn with a beautiful new indoor pool (heated all year round to 29°C) accessible directly from the Villa or from the garden and with a billiards area on the mezzanine, 4) a large green park of 4700 m² not overlooked with a large terrace and pétanque court, ping pong table and a dedicated area for children (playground, trampoline, zip line). If you'd like to learn more about our property: For the "Villa Condry": - On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance with foosball giving access to the Villa as well as the pool, a large living room – dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, - The lounge area features a large flat-screen TV as well as board games. For the dining area, a large family table for 14 people awaits you for friendly meals. - The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso and traditional coffee machine). - The laundry room offers washing machines and dryers. Upstairs you will find: - A master suite with 1 bed 160 x 200 and private bathroom, - A bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200, - A bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, - A mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds, - A large shower room, - A landing with games, TV and sofa bed, - A second landing with workspace (desk, screen, keyboard and mouse available).
