The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65. The space Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Geve espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, Netflix, and Sling access or any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, a small office/desk area, and a smart tv. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months or in the cool spring and fall seasons. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note We ask that no shoes are worn inside the home. Disposable slippers are available in the laundry room. Permission for pets must be approved prior to booking, pet fee of $100 will be added. No pets allowed on furniture or beds. Allow shades/curtains to be open throughout the day as much as possible for the indoor plants. Follow Pool, and safety instructions before using the pool. The pool is not heated.
