They are connected with a shared parking area and steps away from each other. Enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The space Our main spaces are filled with light and waterfront views from huge windows. Enjoy restful sleeps with new King-sized beds with luxury linens and additional sleeping on two pullout sleeper sofas (one queen and one twin). We offer a desk and workspace in each house with high-speed wifi. Get the best of both worlds: group gathering space with separate retreats and privacy and quiet when you need it. Put the early risers in one home and the night owls in the other: however you want to split it! Dog-friendly for one well-behaved dog. Our beautiful slice of the hood canal has wildlife including herons, otters, seals, and the occasional orca sighting! You'll have access to 3 total living spaces (large living room, a smaller gathering area, and a separate "speakeasy" style media/karaoke lounge). Enjoy a gorgeous fireplace in the larger home and a wood burning stove in the smaller home. We have a selection of board games, puzzles, and kids' games. Kids amenities (pack and play, kids dishes, and kids' seat) available. The private beach is steps away, directly across a quiet street. We have two kayaks, two paddleboards, and floaties for your group to enjoy. Your beach is fenced in for your privacy. The yard and patio have water views with outdoor seating and gas and charcoal grills. Each house has a hot tub with water views. Our newly renovated full kitchen offers all the essentials for cooking. Each house has a full kitchen and the larger home has a table with leaf for seating up to 8. Each bathroom is newly renovated (2024/2025) with a has a zero-threshold shower (no bathtub). Guest access You will have access to two full houses steps away from each other, a grassy yard with waterfront views, a large patio, and a private fenced-in beach directly across a quiet street. We have parking for 5 vehicles but are able to accommodate overflow if needed. Other things to note Quiet hours start at 11PM, and after 12AM (midnight) gathering in outdoor areas and use of outdoor amenities (beach, yard, hot tub, firepit) is prohibited. Due to the rural location of this property and neighbors, we do not permit check-in after 10PM. We have a maximum guest count of 8, and allow no additional guests other than infants under 2yrs. We do not allow additional guests in the daytime even if they do not stay over, and we apologize but we are not able to make exceptions. One well-behaved dog is permitted with pet fee. No washer/dryer available for stays under 20 days. Complimentary towel refresh available on request for stays of 4+ days. The area is subject to occasional power outages (which may impact well/water operation) and burn bans. We do not offer compensation for regional burn bans or road closures. We offer compensation for daytime power outages over 90 minutes.
