Modern Mid-Century House -Hike, Kayak, Lake Access

Let all your worries fade away in this beautifully remodeled modern cottage! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath can sleep 8 adults in 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Relax by the fire pit out back or take out our 2 two person Kayaks and enjoy the lake in the summer, visit Catamount Ski Resort or other nearby ski mountains in the winter. The large, custom dinner table seats 8 comfortably with lots of room to hang, play games, watch movies and more. Guests must be 25 years old to rent. The space Our 2 queen and 2 twin beds are top of the line mattresses, you won't find cozier, better sleeping. There is an additional pull out queen sleeper sofa in the finished basement area. All of this plus the large dining table for 8 makes this space absolutely perfect for together time with your group. The screened in porch is a great space to enjoy the waterfront view. You will see all sorts of wildlife, from herons to otters! The yard has a firepit with chairs, perfect for s’more roasting. Kayaks are located in the backyard, with dock access on the property. Life jackets are also provided in the laundry room. PLS NOTE : no outside kayaks or boats are allowed in the lake. In order to preserve the environment only water vehicles registered with the property can be used in the water. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We are pet friendly and ask that you include the pet fee of $25 per pet when you bring your furry friends. This allows us to do the extra laundry and deeper cleaning needed after pets have stayed. We strive for an allergy free space for those who are allergic or sensitive to pet fur/dander. We have a very firm 2 pet (dogs only) policy, no more than 2 pets allowed per stay. Our internet speed of up to 500Mbps will work if you have guests on multiple devices, or if you’ll need to work remotely. There are 2 flat screen TVs in our Living Room and Basement, all with access to Samsung TV, Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon, you’ll just need to sign into your account to access. Guest access Cottage is keyless entry, code will be provided when check in is available. Other things to note Heat: The thermostats for central heating are located in each room though out the house. In addition there are 2 gas stoves (fireplaces) in the Living Room and Basement area. AC: There are 4 in wall AC units, each with remotes to control temperature. We provide all bed and bath linens, hand, dish and dishwasher soap, garbage bags, paper towels and sponges. The kitchen is thoroughly outfitted for a great cooking experience. Coffee makers are on the counter (ground coffee needed, BYO) seasonings and oil/vinegar are in a cabinet to the left of the sink.
