Description

Welcome to our home in Lakeview Meadows, just 5 mins from Invermere shops and services and 15-25 mins to Panorama & Fairmont Ski Hills, Radium & Fairmont Hot Springs. Fully equipped and perfect for a quiet family vacation, our home boasts amazing mountain views and sunsets that can be enjoyed inside and out. The community features an indoor pool & hot tub, fitness centre, outdoor wading pool, multiple playgrounds, private beach, tennis courts, beach volleyball & skating rinks in the Winter. The space Our property has three floors of living space including the walkout basement, with 2 upper decks plus a lower patio. The main level offers 2 large bedrooms, a full bathroom, large laundry room, and a spacious front entrance with full closet plus a bench with coat hooks. There is loads of space here for everyone to come in from the garage or front door and take off their shoes and boots! On the top floor one level up, vaulted ceilings and enormous windows frame our mountain views from the open concept kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen comes complete with dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, gadgets, and just about everything you might need to cook during your stay. The dining table seats 8, plus we have 4 bar stools. The adjacent living room has a sofa, chair, and a large smart TV for your use. Direct access to the large upper deck can be found off the living room - the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening sun while you watch the sun set over the mountains. The deck is fully furnished with a gas BBQ, dining table and lounge furniture. On this same upper level, the large primary suite has a walk-in closet, private deck, and a bright 5-piece ensuite bathroom including dual sinks and a jetted tub. There is also a 2-pc bathroom for convenience on this upper floor. The fully developed walkout basement is set up as one large room. It has a queen bed plus 2 twin beds, a large sectional sofa, a full bath, plus direct walkout access to the large West-facing patio with Muskoka chairs overlooking the green space to our rear - perfect for kids to run around. This is our second home, and we have decked it out with all the comforts. The property comes fully furnished, with tons of linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, kleenex, you name it. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances and includes many standard food items and condiments like cooking oil, spices etc. We have young children and so the property is set up to work well for families, with lots of games, books, and toys. On request, we can set up a crib in one of the bedrooms and install a safety gate on the top floor. We also have a change mat and high chair. All sleeping areas have blinds plus room darkening curtains to make nap time easy. We also have ALL the gear for Summer time fun! Beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys, inflatables - you name it. Parking for 1 car is available in the garage, plus there is driveway parking and visitor parking nearby. Other things to note Short Term Rental Permit# STR 71-25. Minimum Stay: 7 Nights Maximum Occupancy: 10 Persons FYI: Our community and strata rules restrict short term rentals to a maximum of four short term rentals per year. Once we have reached this maximum, the property will no longer be available for short term rentals until the following calendar year. All guests will be required to sign an agreement to abide by the strata and community rules during their stay. If access to the community amenities is desired, then guests may also be required to sign a temporary key card agreement as well in order to get a key card for access. Please note, this is a quiet family community, and parties of any kind are not allowed. All guests must agree to be quiet and respectful of the community during their stay.
