Our cozy little cottage with Jacuzzi offers you a relaxing stay for 2 or for the whole family. 60 m2 log cabin built in 2021. Stunning views of Belledonne. Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux. The space The Chalet is independent. Large 25 m2 terrace Bed linen is provided and the beds are equipped with pillows and duvets. Towels and dish towels are provided. There is a double bed, two single beds and a baby cot on request. Senseo coffee machine (pods and filters). Fondue machine, raclette machine, crepe party on request. We accept only one animal, specific request if more. It is important to note in the booking that you are coming with a pet. Guest access The accommodation is complete, terrace and private spa. Bathroom and equipped kitchen. We are 45 minutes from Grenoble and Chambéry. Other things to note This remarkable site of the Chartreuse massif is a must-see for nature and sports enthusiasts. We have sleds for adults and children (€10/day), adult snowshoes (€10/day), Deuter baby carrier bag (€5/day), electric cargo bike (€30/day), electric bike and child trailer (€30/day). Remember to book in advance. The Plateau des Petites Roches is also a renowned gliding site that hosts the legendary Icarus Cup every year, a must-see gliding event. You can take the plunge, tandem paragliding initiation possible at the Plateau schools. Multi-activity site: There is something for everyone!! Numerous hikes from the vacation rental: Glésy waterfall, Sambec, Alpette, Aulp du Seuil and many others... Nearby ski resorts: Col de Marcieu and St Hilaire du Touvet (subject to snow conditions). 7 Laux ski area 45 minutes away. Collet d'Allevard ski area 45 minutes away. Chamrousse ski area 1 hour away Climbing, caving, mountain biking, road biking (Col du Coq, Chartreuse tour...) Bike rental (road, mountain, gravel, electric) possible from the ATV Cycles store. Col de Marcieu play area, a summer and winter recreation center. - Tree climbing (playful forest for young and old) and zip lines. - Summer slides (grass scooter and tubing) with conveyor belts. - Zip line with turns. - Trampolines, swings, balance bikes and wheeled karts for the little ones, free.
