Cable and internet ready tv so you can log in to all of your steaming services. Lovely patio right off kitchen so you can enjoy outdoor dining and the grill. Basement has large egress windows, 2 bed/bath, living room and office space for easy working from home. This is our personal home available for longer stays. The space Main Bed/Bath - King Bed, Double Vanity, Oversized Shower Downstairs Bed/Bath 1 - Queen Bed, Single Vanity, Oversized Shower Downstairs Bed/Bath 2 - Full Bed, Single Vanity, Tub with Shower 2 car garage Cleaning crew will come once per month for stays longer than 30 days. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. We have a lab so our home is not a good choice for someone with dog allergies. Other things to note This is our home that we rent out for longer stays. Our personal items will be here however there will be plenty of room for your things. It is inside a quiet, private community so while you are welcome to enjoy the space and outdoor area this is not a good choice for large parties as noise and lots of activity can incur fines. Multiple month rentals will require the use of our long term house cleaner once per month for $200 per cleaning.
