Nice little cottage, cozy decor, not exclusive. Central on Mols. House on two floors. Top 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The sofa can be folded out as a double bed. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. Linen not included in the rent, ordered if necessary when booking. Heat source is heat pump and electricity. No TV channels. But there is Chromecast and wifi so you can stream TV from apps on your phone. The space Located near Kalø Castle Ruins, Djurs Sommerland is also not far away. Ebeltoft is a cozy, slightly larger town nearby, with several shops, restaurants and the Fregatten Jylland is also located here. It is about 700 meters to the beach with a nice jetty. The Fuglsø Centre, where concerts are held, is about 4 km away, and many guests have used my house as an overnight stay after such a concert. There are also good opportunities for recreational fishing at Mols. The home may be used as a starting point for fishing trips. Guest access In connection with the house, there is a swimming pool that is open during the summer season, in 2025 the season will probably start around mid-June. From Easter to the autumn holidays, the area's delicious Italian restaurant is open (closed in winter). Free parking is available on the premises. To unload the car, it is allowed to park briefly in the restaurant's parking space - to the right of the driveway. To the left of the driveway, there is one parking space per house, marked private parking. Otherwise, there are extra spaces opposite the buildings. In connection with the pool area is a small room with washing machine and dryer. This is paid separately as a coin laundry. Other things to note There are extra duvets and pillows in the cabinets in the hallway upstairs. Bedding and towels can be rented for a fee of DKK 50 per person. It is expected that you take off the bed linen and place it on the floor in the hallway along with used towels upon departure. Cleaning fee of DKK 200 can be saved if you clean up after yourself.
