In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay. - You must be 21 or older to book. - We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking. - Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us. - You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay. - If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out. - The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. - For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included. - No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine. - Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful. - Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee. - You’re responsible for any damages during your stay. - There are outdoor security cameras. - No pets allowed, sorry. - There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only.
