The space A beautiful sun trap enjoys undisturbed views of the Plymouth Sound - this property is the perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the South Coast. A two story apartment with plenty of space - Our property boasts 3 bedrooms for 6 people. These consist of a king size bedroom on the 1st floor, and on the 2 nd floor a Double bedroom and Super king bedroom this can be arranged into a twin by separating the beds on request. We have a separate toilet on the ground floor. The family bathroom with shower is on the top (2nd) floor. A southerly facing lounge with a Smart TV, and a beautiful view. The back courtyard boasts a relaxing space - please help yourself to the exterior furniture. Please note the property sits on a steep hill to front of the property. This is usually fine but if there are mobility issues, perhaps easier to drop said person by car to the property front door. Guest access Guests enjoy the entire apartment to themselves, with a private entrance. Other things to note The parking is unfortunately something we cannot arrange but there are many parking options nearby the property. Unfortunately, these all require a small fee but we never have any issues with finding somewhere to park nor any problems with leaving our cars there. Below are several options... - Lambhay Hill car park directly opposite the property is £14.30 for 24hrs. 1 hour is £2.55. You can use the PayByPhone app - location code 79061 - Elphinstone Car Park is just down the road (2 min walk away) from the property. £55 for a weekly ticket, or £13 for 24 hours . You can use the RingGo app - code 16983 Or you can pay at the machine by card only. - There is off-street parking available (probably the hardest to find) 8am - 6pm £1.50 per hour. And 6pm - 8am is £2 overnight. You can use the RingGo app. - The Barcode Carpark (10 min walk away) is £15 for 24hrs. Of the above list, the Barcode is the only covered carpark.
