The space This wonderful property comes fully equipped and consists of: BEDROOMS - 2 en-suites with a queen-size bed, with comfortable linens and plenty of storage space. - 2 bedrooms with a double bed, with comfortable sheets and plenty of storage space. SOCIAL AREA - A living room on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa, a pellet stove, cable TV, and access to the balcony. - Downstairs, you can also find a large dining table, perfect for a dinner with friends and family. - A double bed is available in the common area of the upper floor, as well as a single armchair bed. BATHROOMS - An ensuite bathroom on the lower level, equipped with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. - An ensuite bathroom on the upper level, equipped with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. - A bathroom on the upper level, equipped with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. - A social bathroom on the lower level, with toilet and bidet. KITCHEN - A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, among others. PARKING - Guests can park in the private box garage, in front of the garage or anywhere on the public road (except in the condominium's private courtyards). Please note that the garage access ramp is very steep, so it may not be suitable for all vehicles. Other things to note Retiro da Serra is located in Penhas da Saúde, about 1500 meters above sea level. Penhas da Saúde is the closest locality to Torre, the highest point in mainland Portugal, and where the only ski resort in the country is located. Within walking distance, you can find a number of restaurants. We are also located near the ice rink, as well as the Penhas da Saúde natural pool. In 15 minutes (by car), you will be in the center of Covilhã, where you can find all the amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, etc. Come and discover all that Serra da Estrela has to offer! The landscape of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park is impressive and is worth visiting throughout the year. You can always count on hiking along magnificent trails and walkways, fantastic overlooks, picturesque villages full of history and phenomenal cuisine.
