Beautiful north facing, light filled apartment located in the heart of Sydney. Recently renovated and refurnished, our apartment is ideal for travelling professionals, or couples looking to get away. It is walking distance from Town Hall and Wynyard stations, Darling Harbour, and plenty of amazing food. There is also a rooftop which you can access to enjoy the Saturday night fireworks. Please note this is apartment is located in the Sydney CBD, and so you might hear some hustle and bustle :) The space Our aim is to provide a clean, stylish and comfortable space for all our guests. The apartment has been recently renovated and refurnished, and we are continuing to add more to it over time. It is a single bedroom, single bathroom apartment located on the 7th floor. There is a new Koala Cushy sofa lounge which folds out to a comfortable queen bed. If you would like to use this, please let us know so that we can set it up in advance! There is a large, fully equip kitchen and an open plan living and dining area. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed with high quality linen that is cleaned and changed after every stay. The bathroom has a shower, bath, and a washing machine. Washing powder is provided for your convenience. The kitchen contains all the main appliances that you would expect (fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, etc). It also has a dishwashing machine, with tablets provided. There is a variety of cleaning equipment on the property, including a mop and Dyson vacuum cleaner. There is a small balcony which overlooks King Street. You are welcome to use this whenever you like, but please note that it can be a bit loud during busy times in the city. You can also access the rooftop on level 17, which you can use throughout your stay. There are tables and chairs, and there is very rarely anyone up there. Guest access Entire place.
