The property is rented exclusively to private individuals for tourism purposes. Upon request, an official rental receipt can be issued, including the required tax stamp for amounts exceeding €77.45. 4. Hot water is supplied by a 160-liter electric boiler serving both bathrooms and the kitchen. If the hot water is fully used, it will be necessary to wait for the boiler to heat a new supply.
