Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, tub, double sinks and toilet, King size bed, 65” ROKU HD TV and two closets. Guest bedroom has queen size bed and bunk room has a full and 3 twin beds and closet. Two blow up beds are available in the bunk room closet if needed. Enter property using keypad door lock. Lake House Instructions Arrival • Turn water on at the main in the front yard – tool is hanging under the carport on side closest to the shed walkway to house. • Turn hot water heater up to desired temperature • Adjust heat/cooling at thermostat on laundry room wall Departure • Load and start dishwasher before turning water off • Start a load of sheets/towels in washing machine before turning water off • Turn hot water heater down to VACATION setting • Turn heat back down to 55 degrees • Turn water off at main in front yard – use same tool hanging in carport WiFi Username: BlauDeco Password: jewels0622
