Common area 🕒 times 🏊🏼‍♀️Swimming pool Monday - wednesday: 8 AM - 7 PM Thursday - Sunday: 8 AM - 9 PM 🏋🏻Gym Every day: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm 🛑 Registration and access to common areas Upon arrival at the building, they must register at the reception, where they will be given an identification handle that will allow them to enter the building and common areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, etc.) and circular inside it. Handle is required throughout your stay. 🚫 Rules for coexistence By Horizontal Property Regulations and Manual of Coexistence of the Morros 922 Building, temporary guests are not allowed to enter visitors or to the apartments, or common areas. Other things to note Guest registration and legal requirements Once the reservation is confirmed, and in compliance with Resolution 420 of 2022 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, as providers of tourist services we are obliged to fill out the Accommodation Registration Card for each guest. Therefore, we require you to send us, at least 48 hours before check-in, the following information for each person who will enter the accommodation (including children and infants): -Full name -Identification type and number -City of residence -City of origin -Reason for the trip ⚠️ Important: Once the list is sent, no changes, additions or modifications are allowed. This information will be shared with the reception of the Morros 922 Building, where the presentation of the physical identity document of each guest will be requested at the time of entry. All guests must present an original document at check-in: ✔️ Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI or NUIP. ✔️ Passport with stamps (foreigners) ✔️ MERCOSUR: must bring the travel strip ✔️ Venezuelans: only PPT or passport is accepted ❌ Copies, PDFs, driver's licenses, or other documents are not accepted. ❌Check-in is not possible without the required documentation. 👶 Minors: If any of the minors are not traveling with their parents, it will be mandatory to present a notarized and authenticated permit, accompanied by: -Copy of the minor's civil registry -Photocopy of both parents' ID -Express authorization from parents or guardians allowing the minor to enter as a guest This requirement is strictly enforced, as established in Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009 and Law 1098 of 2006. Failure to comply with this documentation will result in the minor not being allowed to enter under any circumstances. 📌 Pricing Information The published base price includes up to 2 guests. If the number of people exceeds that amount, an additional cost per person, per night will be applied.
