Newly renovated and remodeled, Feb 2025! New insulation, ceiling fans/lights, and paint! Relax at this cute and quiet guesthouse after enjoying all Kansas City has to offer. Quick 5 minute drive to: GEHA Arrowhead stadium and Kauffman stadium (25 min walk) Walmart Aldi Interstates I-70 & I-435. 10-15 minute drive to: Community of Christ Temple T-Mobile Center CPKC Stadium Power & Light Country Club Plaza Starlight Theater Cable Dahmer Arena Kauffman Center 4 Performing Arts The space The first floor includes a fully-stocked kitchen, bathroom, free washer/dryer, and living room. The futon in the living room converts in to a full sized bed (clean linens, extra blankets, & pillows can be found in the closet next to the TV). The Roku HDTV is loaded with paid and unpaid apps, login and enjoy. There is also a Chromecast plugged in to the TV if you travel with your tablet. The second floor includes the master bedroom with queen size bed and large, walk-in closet with clothing cubbies, hangers, luggage stand, floor standing fan, and space heater. Out the backdoor, a relaxing patio with table/chairs and seasonal garden of hydrangea, iris, daylilies, peony await. 1 designated parking space in front of the guesthouse. Motion sensor lights are located on the back and front doors. An exterior camera is located on the front of the guesthouse directed at the driveway and is always recording. Fast Wifi throughout. The guesthouse is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis. I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage. Guest access You will have access to the entire guesthouse and access to the backyard. There is a dog, Hunter, who lives next door who uses the backyard. Other things to note During the summer, there is a window AC unit in the bedroom located on the second floor, it is in addition to the central AC.
