Welcome to your own space in my Brentwood home in Northern CA. Located near parks, shopping & freeway access within 2 miles. It’s ideal for people visiting the greater Bay Area or working professionals. Your room has all the comforts…a queen size bed, desk area, tv with fire stick, walk-in closet space, microwave and Keurig. Private bathroom is located directly next to your room. Anytime access to the the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, a small refrigerator and sink for your use A quiet spacious room with walk-in closet. Full 6 drawer dresser and 2 drawer night stand. The private room does not share a wall with any other bedroom, making it your own and pleasantly quiet area. Also a small kitchen island with Keurig and microwave, dish and silverware. Iron/Ironing board. Fan/Floor heater. Guest will also be able to relax in the loft, for a more open, calming, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Open front patio located at home entrance. Private bedroom, private bathroom. Laundry room and loft (shared). Home laundry is usually done prior to guest checking in to make sure guest privacy is respected. Se habla español. I work locally and will be available via phone, text or email. In person upon request. Very quiet and safe neighborhood for day or night walks, away from Main Street traffic. Close to shopping and freeway access. Also keep in mind this is a neighborhood, so there will be normal neighborhood sounds such as garbage pickup on Tuesday mornings, street sweeping, neighbors, vehicles, etc. Overall it is a very quiet neighborhood! Guest will have plenty of street parking. Directly in front of the house. Parks are within walking distance. Grocery stores (Winco (24 hours), Raley's, Safeway, Sprouts, Trader Joes), full service gas station, full service car wash, restaurants all located within 1/2 mile to 2 miles from home. Target, Walgreens, many other stores and restaurants within 1-2 miles. Close freeway (CA Highway 4) access within 2 miles. Downtown Brentwood is located 2 miles from residence. Where you will find shopping, antiques ( A Vintage Wonderland), boutiques, great dining establishments. "The Lounge" is a must visit hot spot! Visit "The Streets of Brentwood" for more shopping and dining, AMC Movie Theater. Bowlero Bowling Alley, Brentwood Waterpark, gyms, and many trails are also close by! Surrounding cities located in East Contra Costa County are Discovery Bay, Oakley, Antioch and Pittsburg. Other cities close by and recommend visiting/dining are Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez. Oakland Airport is approximately 45 miles away. San Francisco Airport is approximately 60 miles away. Travel time depends on time traffic. Residence is occupied by me and my roommate, who is a friend of 30 years.
