Description

I'd like to think of my open plan home as being a creative space with good energy. The bedroom is spacious, has a queen size bed, and your own private walk in bathroom, with a garden view. I have 2 dogs, Marley and Zack, small and medium respectively. Presently Carmi, a Hungarian Vizsla also lives at the house. Grant Avenue, Norwood, with its many restaurants and shops (Spar and Woolworths) is a 10 min walk away. Being centrally located everywhere is easily reachable. The space The house is cozy and intimate, not huge and sprawling... so what amazes me is when you go into your room and shut the door, how it can feel almost like you are living alone... you never feel on top of each other and you may not even see the person(s) you are sharing with in a day... Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, lounge, garden and washing machine. During your stay They can always get me on my mobile. I will share my number with them. Other things to note The house is situated in a gated neighbourhood. Gates are closed at night, access is through a boomed entrance. Saints Tactical is the security company that takes care of the neighbourhood. A car patrols 24/7 and they are a phone call away if you need them. There are also outdoor security beams around the house.
